José Camarano is a brazilian multimedia fashion editor and creative from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
As a fashion editor, he works for GQ, Vogue, Harpers Bazaa and Vanity Fair Brasil magazines, partnering with photographers that range from Vavá Ribeiro and Marcelo Krasilcic to Terry
Richardson, living and working between Rio, São Paulo and New York City.
In 2007 he launched GEMA TV, the very first Brazilian video web-channel focused on fashion
films. After it became a big hit, demand grew for José to curate art and fashion
exhibitions, events, classes and workshops all across the country.
Presently, José runs HALE.AG, a creative agency where him and his team creates on and offline content
for several clients.
He is now the Creative Director of O’CYANO Magazine, focused on fashion, arts, sports and nature, as the Creative Consultant for FARM RIO, one of the biggest fashion brands from Brazil, now investing to the global market.
